There are many classes The Fat Decimator Review of vegetables, teas, spices, and such that have compounds that can help to fight against the effects of xenoestrogens. However, one of the most powerful of these are cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, etc.

These types of cruciferous vegetables contain very unique compounds (phytonutrients) such as indole-3-carbinol (I3C) that can help to negate the effects of xenoestrogens in our bodies, and therefore, can help us to burn tummy fat more effectively. So how can you fight against these xenoestrogens so that they are not forcing your body to hold onto stomach fat? Well, we actually have to somehow get these vegetable into our bodies. And the easiest way I have found is through one's mouth. Yes, you're going to have to eat these vegetables.

Here's something that will encourage you; eating less than one cup of these vegetable each day can bring out the health benefits we're wanting! When thinking of eating these veggies, our mind immediately goes to stir frying, steaming, soups, and salads. But what if you want a quick way to get these vegetables into your diet when you aren't a very creative cook, or just don't have much time? I also run into the problem of not being able to eat all these vegetables before they go bad in the bottom of my fridge. So here's what I do. I buy the frozen broccoli, cauliflower, kale, brussels sprouts, and even spinach lettuce.

And here's my secret way to eat them without even tasting them! Are your ready? I blend them up in smoothies. I know, everyone I tell gasps just like you just did. But trust me, the next time you make a fruit smoothie, toss in a few chunks of broccoli, and a handful of spinach lettuce frozen or not, and you will not even know it's in there. But your body will. I have even tried chocolate shakes with an added handful of spinach or broccoli or cauliflower and you can't even tell it's there. Try it! It's a great way to get the kids to eat these veggies even for an after school snack. But just don't tell them that their shake is laces with vitamins.
